This was a quick afternoon project. I wanted to install a Kelly Shu mic mount with an XLR jack on the shell for my 18” bass drum that has an unported head. It will have a Shure PGA52 living inside permanently. I figured since I was paying international postage I may as well order a few more and do my 22”, 24” and 26” drums as well. I’ll use my Audix D6 inside these ones and swap it out between shows.
